- Redemption and Limitations
Gift cards may be redeemed on HomeMyS to purchase products and services. Gift cards purchased after May 21th, 2022 can no longer be redeemed outside of the country it was purchased from. For example, if you purchased a gift card on HomeMyS’s US site, it can only be redeemed on HomeMyS US site’s PC page, mobile page, Android system, or iOS system.
When you place an order to purchase gift cards, we need to ensure your payment method is safe and secure. The verification process is estimated to take 1-7 business days. The actual time frame depends on the payment method you select.
- Gift Card Redemption
You may enter the gift card number and Code number when you are checking out. The amount will be deducted from the gift card. If the payable balance is more than the balance on the gift card, you may select other payment methods to pay for the remaining amount.
- Reason for Unreceived Gift Cards
After the gift card has been purchased successfully, it will be sent to the email address on file. If you did not receive your gift card number and Code number, it may be because:
You entered the wrong email address when purchasing the gift card. Please contact Customer Support to confirm and change the email address.
Your inbox is full. Please ensure you have sufficient space in your inbox, then contact Customer Support to resend.
Our emails have been blocked by your mailbox. Please add HomeMyS.com to your whitelist, then contact Customer Support to resend.
- Gift Card Lost or Stolen
HomeMyS is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized gift cards.

Free shipping is available in most of the mainland. Shipping surcharge applies to remote areas of your country.
When Will My Order Ship
All orders generally process and ship Monday - Friday, excluding holidays. Most of our orders are shipped within 3-10 business days after the order has been placed. You will receive a shipment confirmation email which contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a link to the selected carrier site.

A hassle-free exchange is ready if it is in stock. You can exchange your item(s) within 24 hours you placed the order and before your package was shipped out. If your package has been shipped out, we will not accept your replacement request, but you can refuse to accept the package after it arrives.
When Will I Receive My Refund
When we receive your return, you will be refunded in 3-7 working upon receipt and inspection. The refund will be made to the account that the funds were originally drawn from.
