Return & Refund
If you encounter a problem that need to return the product to us, please read the following guidelines.
Check the item(s) before signing
1. When you sign for the goods, check whether the goods are damaged at the first time. If there is any damage, please contact customer service immediately. Validity period for logistics claims: 72 hours for truck delivery and 48 hours for express delivery.
2. Please check that there is no damage to the item before signing for it. After signing, you will be responsible for it. Slight scratches caused by logistics during transportation are normal, please contact customer service for processing.
3. If the product does not have any quality problems, you need to bear the logistics cost if you want to return it after signing.
A hassle-free exchange is ready if it is in stock. You can exchange your item(s) within 24 hours you placed the order and before your package was shipped out. If your package has been shipped out, we will not accept your replacement request, but you can refuse to accept the package after it arrives.
For canceling an order which has not been processed, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders whose parcels have already been processed can not be canceled.
Missing item(s), wrong item(s) or incorrect package sent
If there is an item missing, we will resend the missing item/accessory for free .
If we have shipped the wrong item, we will either refund you in full or resend the correct item (if in stock).Homemys will reimburse you for the return shipping fee when we receive the returned item(s).
Items that can be returned/refunded within 30 days of receiving must follow the criteria as below:
1. Faulty items damaged/broken or stained upon arrival.
2. Items received in the incorrect size/color.
3. Unused and ndamaged item(s) that have not met your expectations within 30 days of receiving.
4. Items in original package.
We will not accept returns in the following conditions:
1. Items outside the 30 days guarantee time-frame.
2. Items without the original packaging.
3. Items marked “Non-Returnable” on the sale page and those clearance items.
4. Items you have already assembled.
5. Small cuts, scratches or damage during the cleaning process-damaged caused by the incorrect installation of a product.
6. Cracks during the random displacement of the items.
7. Items kept in contact to direct sunlight and water, resulting in decaying of wood.
8. For sanitary reasons,bedding accessories such as linens,pillows,mattress pads,rugs,etc. Are non-returnable.
9. Customized products, clearance products, and flash sale products are non-returnable.
