- How do I select a product ?
All our products have their corresponding dimensions. Please check the product description and dimensions before placing an order to confirm whether it meets your needs.
- How does my order get processed ?
All orders generally process and ship Monday - Friday, excluding holidays. Most of our orders are shipped within 3-10 business days after the order has been placed. You will receive a shipment confirmation email which contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a link to the selected carrier site.
- How do I change or cancel my order after I’ve placed it ?

- How can I change my delivery address?
If the package is shipped and it is on the way, please contact the carrier to correct the delivery address. If the package hasn’t shipped, please feel free to contact us with your new delivery address. CONTACT US
- Why didn't I get an order confirmation email ?
If you have not received any emails related to the order, firstly, please confirm that your payment has been successful, and secondly, please confirm that the email address you filled in the order is correct. Then please confirm whether your mailbox is blocking emails from Homemys. Then you can contact our customer service team and provide other information you fill in the order so that we can find your order and provide you with other help. CONTACT US
- My order never arrives. What should I do ?
